Questions
What counts as a job?
One loss at one property for one customer — a claim, a remodel or a service agreement — from the day it opens to the day it closes. Rooms, visits and trades inside it don’t count separately. A job that reopens is the same job.
What happens if I go over my band?
Nothing stops. We tell you when you pass 80% of your band, and move you up at the start of the next month. There is no per-job overage.
Is there a contract?
Month to month. Pay annually and get two months free. Cancel anytime; your data stays exportable for 90 days.
Does it work with Xactimate?
Not yet. ProTrak produces its own scope, estimate and invoice against a versioned California rate table, and adjusters read them as PDFs. ESX import and export is planned; we won’t say it works until it does.
Can I change bands?
Yes. Move up anytime; move down at the end of any month, or at renewal if you pay annually.
What’s the 4% calculated on?
What’s collected on the claims CiviClaim packages and submits. Self-pay work and jobs you run yourself in ProTrak aren’t counted.
